Brett Traver: Executive Director

Responsible for the overall management of the non-profit organization.

Chris Coldiron: Director of Lending

Responsible for the overall management of the lending staff and loan programs.

Frank Rhodus: Chief Financial Officer

Responsible for the overall financial management and accounting functions.

Cheryl Meadows: Communications Director

Prepares all written communications including press releases,develops marketing materials, manages website and social media and coordinates special events.

Karen Minton: Business Loan Officer

Responsible for lending, processing and closing loans

June Burton: Director of Grants Management

Administers grant documents and manages construction projects.

Amanda Kelly: Small Business Training Director

Works with small business owners and entrepreneurs to provide specialized training and technical assistance

Jill Johnson: Loan Fund Specialist

Assists SKED lending staff in processing and servicing loans

Kyle Smith: Small Business Training Specialist

Smith will work with Small Business Training Director Amanda Kelly in the deployment of SMARTS 2.0 classes across Southeast Kentucky and one-on-one with small business owners to provide with them with the most up-to-date social media and information technology training.
